You can now add voice commentary to the footages! As the Live Gamer HD records the audio from the gaming system, RECentral, the bundled software, allows you to record external audio source to a separate file. You can therefore add, edit or remove the commentary per your likings.

Q: Can audio be recorded in Dolby 5.1?
Live Gamer HD capture card doesn’t support recording audio in Dolby 5.1.
Q: Can Live Gamer HD capture card output 1080p@60 video?
Live Gamer HD capture card can receive 1080p@60 input, but doesn’t support 1080p@60 output. If the input resolution is 1080p@60, the resolution of the file recorded by Live Gamer HD will be 1080p@30.
Q: Why do my recorded videos have interlace effect?
If your input source is interlaced, for example, in 1080i instead of 1080p, you will experience interlace effect on the recorded files.
Q: How come there is only video and no audio on the preview screen or during pass-through?
Redetect the audio source may fix the problem. Please try unplugging and re-plugging the audio source (HDMI or 3.5mm audio).
Q: Why are the Hot Keys not working in RECentral?
Please run RECentral as Administrator for smooth Hot Key application.
